Returns & Exchanges:

We hope that you and your little one are completely happy with your Lark order.  If for any reason you are not, please contact us by email (hello@wearelark.com) and we will work our socks off to make things right.

If you need to return any items for an exchange or a refund, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

Here's what you need to do:

Firstly, please email us at hello@wearelark.com and request an exchange or refund in writing.  We will get back to you and confirm your request.

Please take good care of any items you are returning (un-worn, un-washed, tags intact) and pop them in the post to us at: Lark - Returns, 30 Over Street, Brighton, BN1 4EE.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please obtain Proof of Postage receipt.

Please remember to include your name, postal address and email address.  If you have the order number, please include that too.  If you would like an exchange, please state the item you would like instead.

Once we have received the returned item we will send your exchange or refund your payment as quickly as possible.
